The Design Process

Our process begins with a complimentary discovery call. This is a chance for us to connect, get a sense of your goals, and determine if we're the right fit. We’ll chat through your project needs, vision, timeline, and budget to set the foundation for a successful collaboration.

Following the call, you'll receive a customized proposal outlining the project scope, design phases, deliverables, and investment. Once approved, we’ll finalize the agreement — and the transformation officially begins!

You can expect a proposal within 5 business days from Discovery Call.

This is where we dive deep. Whether residential or commercial, we start by learning about your lifestyle or business needs, style preferences, and functional goals. We conduct an on-site visit to capture existing conditions — including measurements, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more. From there, we develop a tailored design concept that visually and strategically captures your vision. You’ll receive a full presentation for review and approval before we move forward.

Estimated Duration: 2-3 weeks

Once the concept is approved, we bring it to life through detailed floor plans, elevations, specifications, and construction drawings. These documents guide every decision and ensure accuracy during implementation. If needed, we’ll also support you through the permit or tendering process, helping you get accurate pricing from contractors.

Estimated Duration: 2-4 weeks

Construction begins — and your space starts to take shape. While we’re not swinging hammers, we stay hands-on, working closely with your contractors and consultants to ensure the design is executed exactly as intended. We help troubleshoot, answer questions, and oversee progress so your experience is smooth and stress-free.

Estimated Duration: Depends on size of project 

Mid Scale residential: 8-12 weeks, 

Commercial:  12 weeks up 6 months (sometimes longer)

Once construction wraps, we return to oversee the finishing touches — furniture placement, styling, and final walkthroughs. This is where the vision becomes reality. Whether it’s a joyful homecoming or a fresh start for your business, we ensure every detail aligns with your original goals and feels authentically you.

Estimated Duration: 1 - 2 weeks once construction is complete.
